The Contest Give-away for this month is a“ Rusty Tin, Hand Painted Sign & Heart Ornie.”The sign, with it's homespun hanger, measures approx. 7.5” x 5”. It is decorated with a birdhouse on a fence, a clay pot, with a blackbird, sitting on the “Birds” sign. There also is a doll sitting with a blackbird and holding a sign, “Free Seed”. The Heart Ornie has been hand painted with a watermelon slice, daisies and green leaves. It measures approx. 4 3/8” x 2”.

The Farmladys Cupboard specializes in primitives, candles & fixins, handpainted signs and ornies, baskets and seasonal items.

Diane, owner of The Farmladys Cupboard, is a self taught crafter of 38 years. She started with making dried flower wreaths, next taught herself to paint, and it grew from there. She and her husband live in a tiny town in central Pennsylvania. Their Century old Farm sits back on a lane. This farm has been in their family for 100 years. Their old farmhouse is full of old jars, crocks, baskets, primitive boxes, pans, primitive cabinets and lots of dairy cows. They have 2 daughters and five grandchildren. Diane stays very busy with her crafts, helping unload hay & straw, and watching their grandson, who is three, for several days a week. Diane says it is beautiful on their farm, and feels very lucky to live there!
Diane also owns an EZ shoppe, an eBay store and has a Facebook page, where she is working towards 300 likes.
